Holy Yoga

You're invited to connect with Jesus on your mat.

Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being, body, mind and spirit with God: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God's Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to the rhythms of grace. When we breathe, and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of his magnificence.

I have been teaching Holy Yoga for over four years with certifications in Holy Yoga Touch and Chair/Senior Yoga. My passion is making sure you are safe in class and confident in knowing that this is your practice and you are free to do what your body allows and needs. As a recovering Type A personality, Holy Yoga has helped me to learn what rest - true rest - in Jesus feels like. Come join us, slow down and let the love of The Lord wash over you on your mat.
